This vertical RCC pipe making machine uses a combination of stone chips (quarry waste), slag, fly ash, sand, and 20% additional cement to manufacture pipes. It can produce pipes with internal diameters of 150 to 600mm and a length of 1000mm, suitable for various joint types including Flat Joint, Socket & Spigot Joint, and Tongue & Groove Joint. The machine employs an advanced pipe-making process, creating pipes capable of withstanding up to 0.2-0.2Mpa of internal water pressure. The socket & spigot joint pipes are formed in a single operation, with molds that can be removed immediately. With motor power between 9 and 12.5kW, the machine requires 6-8 workers and can produce 10-15 units per hour. These pipes are well-suited for applications such as farm irrigation, motor-pumped wells, small water pumping stations, urban drainage systems, and highway culverts.
