It can create pipes with internal diameters ranging from 150 to 600mm and a length of 1000mm, compatible with various joint types: Flat Joint, Socket & Spigot Joint, and Tongue & Groove Joint. The machine features an advanced pipe-making process, producing pipes that can withstand a maximum internal water pressure of 0.2-0.2Mpa. The socket & spigot joint pipes are formed in a single process, with molds that can be removed immediately. With motor power ranging from 9 to 12.5kW, each machine requires 6-8 workers and can produce 10-15 units per hour. The pipes are ideal for farm irrigation, motor-pumped wells, small water pumping stations, city drainage systems, and highway culverts.
