There are three kinds of flat joint pipe mold by the difference of the joint: Flat Joint / Socket & Spigot Joint / Tongue & Groove Joint.Our molds are easy to open, regular shaped and with beautiful craft skill. Tens of thousand of them are sold each year, trust me , this will be a really high performance-cost choice.

■ Inner diameter ranges from Ф200 to 2400mm, with lengths between 1m and 5m.(Customized)

■ Pipes are categorized by joint type into flat joint pipes, tongue and groove joint pipes, and socket and spigot joint pipes.

■ After years of practical experience, the gap ratio is designed to be reasonable, making the molds very easy to open.

■ The enhanced anti-leakage design ensures that the pipe joints are smooth without any rough edges.

■ The friction rings inside the molds are made entirely of 45# cast steel and high-quality steel plates from Jigang, with the retaining rings meeting high national standards, ensuring the molds' wear resistance.

■ The welds on the flat joint pipe molds are smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with thick and solid materials, making them durable and extending their service life.

■ Typically, it takes 10-15 minutes to produce one concrete pipe. The number of molds is determined by your production volume, with natural curing taking one day for mold release, and steam curing requiring 3-4 hours for mold release.
